A Narrative Street Mix by DJ Nathan Drew Larsen

1984 After Disco (A.D.)

This is a mix I recorded that was played during the interludes between live sets at Dachboden - which is the latest event in my friends' ongoing series of all hardware live techno shows, called Club Rectum, which are happing at undisclosed locations throughout Chicago. The party was a lot of fun and the performances were fantastic. My mix was recorded from vinyl on September 27, 2013, the night of the show. It features noise music, post-punk, industrial, proto-techno, Kraut, and other interesting things.
