Heathen Child is the first single to be taken from Grinderman's new album Grinderman 2. The single is released on 6th September on limited edition 12" coloured vinyl with poster and for download. The 12" includes this track, a reworking of Heathen Child featuring Robert Fripp and both formats include the new track Star Charmer. The album Grinderman 2 is released on 13th September (Sept 14 in the US on ANTI-) and Grinderman are on tour from September in the UK, October in Europe and November in the US.

If you havnt reallized it yet, this is probably the best song you will hear for free legally in a very long time. Grinderman is like a living wet dream.

I was listening to Grinderman #1 album tracks the other day and suddenly noticed the Fripp influences. Grinderman's guitar guy must be a Fripp fan. :)
