Music is My Lover.

Oh, hello there. Welcome to My Site. I'm quite proud of it, if I do say so, myself.

I've been writing songs properly since about 12/13 when puberty hit and my brain thought capacity increased. So I blame biology.
I've always loved music and come from a musical-ly obsessed family. I've been singing since I could open my mouth; it started off sounding like crying. But what do they know?

I studied classical piano for 7 years, then moved on to jazz piano, and taught myself guitar, where i happen to write the majority of my songs. I've always been a travelling soul; blessed with the opportunities to go to France, Argentina, Brazil, Canada and now I'm living in Europe.

My music is fueled by passion, by my weaknesses, by melody, groove, love and addiction. I also love to write about the times in which I, life through the eyes of a 20-something your old, foraging through the colourful cultural unknown.

My sound is neo-fro. It's a mix of r&b, hip hop, pop, and blues, with african influences.

But all that aside. I love to sing. I like to think that my songs can both inspire a tear, and a booty shake.
