Rumour has it that the A-side was produced by a group of Indonesian monks after visiting Berlin for a stag weekend. They were so enamoured with the happy faces responding to Gamelan-like techno at Berghain that they returned to Bali and created the fluid aquajack of 'Ooops' (which translates as GHB in Javanese).
