Mt. Doyle is a product of his environment… The outstanding electronic music scene of Vancouver Island. Years of unruly beats and basslines from not only the island's but the world’s finest DJs and producers have forged him into a bass-loving DJ who keeps fans bouncing with whatever it takes. Originally a purveyor of fine Drum n Bass, Doyle has expanded his horizons to drop pretty much anything with a solid beat, from smooth to slamming... Funk, Disco, Hip-Hop, Glitch, Dubstep, you name it; he's killed crowds with it. After 3 years of DJing Mt. Doyle has played at numerous B.C. clubs and Island festivals including The Tall Tree Festival 3 years in a row. In that time he’s shared the stage with international heavyweights Aphrodite, Parker, Slynk, Netsky and Camo & Krooked, not to mention some of the west coast’s finest. In 2011 Doyle had his production debut with “Bass Face” released by Atomic Zoo Recordings and his mix “Jive” was represented on GhettoFunk.co.uk by The Funk Hunters as one of the “Best Mixtapes of 2011” alongside the likes of Askillz, Bryx and Neon Steve. With a mountainous lust for music and versatile style, Mt. Doyle will keep bodies moving any time any place with whatever the hell he wants.
