It’s been fourteen years since the first time Mr Jo blew his harmonica. He’s into Brussels soundsystems since 2000, spicing up roots reggae, dub, breaks, d&b and dubstep with his bluesy feeling. He’s been part of crews such as FWF, One Earth Sound, Nyabinghi International Soundsystem, Ashanti3000, Digital Nooba, FOB.
Also some other live acts : Yassa Connection, Booya Bass.
Jo is involved in the Belgian independant label Aeclectrick Records.

He plays in afro reggae band Jupiter & Massive 5 and in Jupiter Diop’s project Lamp Fall Sarafina. In February 2008, Jupiter & the Massive 5 went on tour through Senegal.

That’s how Mr Jo got to represent the sub bass culture not only through the land but also across Europe and in Africa.

The two fellas hit Belgian parties very often (Petrol, Botanique, Recyclart, Palace ?...). They also collaborated with the Ranking records crew in Leeds.
