i screwed one song and then another. then another. soon, everything slowed sounded better, so i thought i'd make a mix. it's as if "acid" is supposed to be listened to at 75 beats per minute, as if night never really knows morning. i made a few edits for this mix. "balearic" by acid aliens has the creep whispers from tyree's "night of acid." i removed most of the kitsch from doctor's cat and kept kraftwerk's "metal on metal" sounding dungeon-like rather than the proto-techno sound it eventually achieves.
