The Herb Doc aka High Definition (formally Dj Turbo) started out listening to hardcore and early jungle/dnb in about 1994 on tapepacks from many legendary raves an has been collecting and playing drum and bass since 1998 an spent most of those years since lurking round various dark clubs, empty warehouses an farmers fields round the country. Starting out on the underground scene setting up and playing on a massive 30k rig an various other smaller ones most weekends playing jungle/dnb i moved into the hardstep/jump up scene an started playing at various smaller club promotions up an down the country supporting house names like Andy C, Hype,Nicky Blackmarket jus to name a few, aswell as promoting our own nights in many different clubs pushing new artists an dj's. Today i form part of the BASSLINE COLLECTIVE and am joint CEO along with SPEKTRAL ARTIST of RABBEATRECORDS.CO.UK an exciting new label focusing on anything deep, dark, tech or liquid.
