Out of Birmingham UK , DNB / Jungle DJ and producer JINX has been making moves in the party scene since 1996, Compelled by the underground sounds of the UK rave scene aged just 15, Jinx began to help arrange the now-infamously revered ‘parties for artys’ including Lifted and Urban Disturbance in and around the midlands,

He has been PLAYING OVER THE YEARS AT well established nights AND FESTIVALS such AS BREAKTHRU,BABYLON DREAD , EAT YOUR GREENS , GLASTONBURY FESTIVAL , ALCHEMY FESTIVAL , BIG CHILL FESTIVAL and many more..

Working with long time friends ARIES (CHOPSTICK DUBPLATE) and GOLD (SUB SLAYERS) , JINX was welcomed into jungle collective LIONFIRE in 2008, later that year they were signed by provincial Jungle heavyweight Label Dread Recordings (Run by Jungle veteran RAY KEITH)

while working with LIONFIRE , Jinx has remixed and worked with both up and coming and established local artists, including Birmingham reggae band FRIENDLY FIRE (Rapidly becoming one of the most successful reggae backing bands in the UK) and associated vocalists working along side such artists as Peter Spence ,Ras Tweed , and hotly tipped vocalist EVA LAZARUS (of Bristol based act DUB MAFIA) ,

At the start of 2012 , Jinx was asked by Ray keith to do a solo EP and album for Dread Recordings (due to drop this year) , he is currently working with vocalists CoMa , Shyna , and the mighty i-Mitri (Vibronics/CounterAction)

JINX comes with big sounding musical remedy that bounces between laid back rollin' beats to Jungle smashers blended with the broad Reggae, Hip Hop and Soul music flavours that influence the formula for his tunes.. There are no limits to Jinx's future output with his music, with releases forthcoming on DREAD RECORDINGS, PURE VIBEZ, CRIMINAL RECORDINGS, AND SOUL DEEP ,JINX IS DEFFINATLY ONE TO WATCH OUT FOR IN 2012 AND BEYOND ,
