Really hard sound. Love it. The opening synth riff powering all the way through, is contrasted really nicely at 0'25 with the introduction of second riff and percs. Wasn't expecting vocals and they're great. Very strong. I like the "glitches" in the opening synth riff. I know "less is more", but I'd like to hear a couple more instances of that.
If I said Bauhaus, would you be very offended? Nothing like them - apart from maybe vocally somehow reminiscent. (Btw, that's a big compliment, I love "The Sky's Gone Out".)
Very subjective (and I'm a former drummer) but I could also imagine a little more high frequency percussion (maybe more hats, shaker, tamb) somewhere in this mix.
Third time through and I'm hooked.
