    Since April '08 Kid Cagoule, Ste Kendall and Ad Bickerdike have been a permanent fixture at the Cinema Room Bar of the Canteen Media and Arts Centre in Barrow-in-Furness with 'Movement' - a night of hip-hop, funk, breaks and beats.

    All three DJ's have been involved in a plethora of local DJ events over the years including Broken Stereo, Homegrown and Musical Mayhem as well as performing sets in bars and clubs in Manchester and Leeds. Not content with bringing the most upfront and classic sounds, on a monthly basis Movement will also feature the best in BMX, skate and cult movies as a visual backdrop for the evening, utilising the Cinema Room’s awesome big screen and media displays.

    In November 2008, the Movement DJ's also featured at the launch party for ATIC record's Crowhead debut 'Born with Teeth' and rejoined the ATIC fold for a Boxing Night spectacular at the Nines, Barrow-in-Furness to round off the year.

    With guest spots and collaborations always in the pipeline, there is one simple request… “GET BEHIND THE MOVEMENT!”
