- mostlyfodder on August 26, 2009 01:46
@mostlyfodder: oh maybe u meant the lyrics? 'observers without goggles must face away from the blast'. guess i shoulda picked up on that but yo know how it is when you've heard something a thousand times you don't hear it the same way as everyone else cuz u know what it *should* sound like..
- The Observer on August 26, 2009 05:55

- mostlyfodder on August 27, 2009 00:23
@The Observer: does it sound distorted right there? that's all i can hear right now.. i keep having these bass interference problems; gotta learn how to deal with them. thank you.

I like the gas mask sound here

@JargMarbin: these are sounds of swimming around in the primordial soup of early life, with a gas mask

I love music that makes me think of giant machines, killer robots made of solid beats. Nice stuff man.

It's a mess, but it's a nice mess, rhythm section is old-school flavoured and the harmonics are unusual and interesting. cool work
- mostlyfodder on September 07, 2009 02:56
@narcofunk: yea, like most of my stuff. for real i've learned that it's kind of what i do. that's really my goal is to simplify things up a bit and draw them out more slowly. not easy for some reason. i appreciate your always honest comments so thanks for listening. -mf

- mostlyfodder on August 26, 2009 01:43
@sjmashlum: cool thank you-- i'm glad you get visuals with it.. that's what i'd hope for. if you can 't dance to it (you can't) at least one can hope for some visuals :)

very evolvingy! i dont think evolvingy is a real word though. :)
- mostlyfodder on August 25, 2009 01:51
@WooZee: oh it is absolutely a word, and thanks! that's exactly what i was thinking of at around 0.45 in the track. sort of elemental evolvingly sounds of the primordial soup. like the breath/water/heart beat/fission sounds in that part of the track. they are totally meant to be evolvy.

Great track Fodder. Sounds almost like a mini DJ set with all the different elements, but the come together well in an intriguing soundscape.
- mostlyfodder on September 07, 2009 02:59
@rishi: thanks. i really want to learn to evolve a track more slowly. somehow it's tough for me and i always want to add MORE. you know to build & maintain a groove for once... anyhow thanks for checking it out. -mf

une signature vraiment très particulière, spéciale. c'est vraiment bon! une confiture d'influences et de genres différents mélangés. j'aime bien l'atmos hindou. tu es un seigneur dans l'ambiance orientale..
