About

Mosaic Manifesto is a project by California-based composer, musician and producer Clark Westmont. Combining elements of ambient, chill, world/tabla/dub step, classical, blues, jazz, trip hop and generally a bunch of stuff I made up, the music strives to simultaneously sooth and stimulate -- if that's possible.

Notable influences include Jens Gad, Jon Hopkins, Ulrich Schnauss, Bodhi Setchko, Ludovico Einaudi, strongly brewed coffee, Enigma, Andreas Vollenweider, Deuter, Peter Gabriel, Philip Glass, Brian Eno and Zero 7. I'd add The Cinematic Orchestra, John Martyn, Sting and Imogen Heap to the list but it is already getting too long. ;-)

I am interested in collaborating on soundtracks for time lapse films (can you say "Koyaanisqatsi"?) or other multimedia work.
