Well I've been a fan of Robert's works since the 90s, but i must say i just cannot justify joining the auto-wow machinery. Robert missed a chance to transcend and explore new waters which digs up the question if he still wants to or even can. Silence tried hard but didn't cut it either. SigNatures and concepts aside, this is the sam€ old, and not the best. To use a metaphor, this album is Web 1.5 in 2012. You'll notice the phenomenon that many musicians like e.g. biosphere stop being innovative after a certain time, resulting in bland works which cannot resist a certain nostalgia as a fallback mechanism. What makes up an artist for me is the open conceptlessness after having ridden a horse to death and the ability to pick up and express the McLuhan definition of "present", the Zeitgeist musicially, instead of expressing it via a few pretentious titles and Dubstep quotes. Robert surely has fun doing his thing, but regarding his influence in the technosphere this album is a missed chance. Ironically it mirrors the stagnation of Ableton and the resulting rise of the forthcoming Bitwig. Robert, you are an astounding technician and engineer, and i hope there is more musician inside you than this album delivers. On the contrary, mentioning the word "Art" inflationary in press releases just does not cut it.

Ghosts is just a word - Gödel loves you.

This is a really cool sound. Taking Dubstep to a Deep Tech-y place where I haven't encountered it before. Very very nice.

Sounding super crisp Herr Henke. It's fresh! A movement from Silence, and I've gotta say more engaging straight off the bat. Will be sure to grab this on vinyl.
