Moniker is the brain-child of Knoxville-based producers Jacob Tullos and Brandon Reid, who have gained a reputation for their high-energy brand of bass music that has been described as "bass-heavy 8-bit funk." Moniker caught the attention of many quickly after their inception in early 2012 for their unique, audience-shaking performances, as well as the release of their debut EP, 'Terminal Velocity.'
