My Life For Hire is an exciting, up and coming prog/rock metal band officially formed in 2010. Jamming out of Markham and putting on shows all over the Greater Toronto Area and Niagara regions thus far, MLFH has worked on their shared vision to create technically progressive rock/metal music that employs soaring melodies, groovy breakdowns, and addictive choruses. The band cites the artists; Tool, Deftones and fellow Canadian bands: Protest the Hero and Alexisonfire as their most significant influences. MLFH's first 7 track demo "Five Castles" was released in 2011 and the band is currently working on a follow up for 2013.
