Mr Solo has been on the Underground scene for over 15yrs... Growing up in East London wasn’t easy and he started out doing guest shows on pirate stations like Future fm and Indulgence fm which gave Mr Solo a real appetite for the Pirate Life...So after getting a squeeze on as many sets as possible he finally secured a weekly slot on one of London's Biggest station Majic Fm, hosting alongside Dj Slimline Tonic every Saturday Night 8 til 10pm... So The Ball Was Rolling........ He started appearing at clubs like Stratford Rex, Time n Envy, Power House, Camden Palace and many many more..
Mr Solo felt that it was time to move on so he linked up with a Local DJ called Kevin Williams and got on the Award Winning station FREEK fm playing with the likes of ED CASE and MS DYNAMITE and carried on playing all over London. They Stayed on Freek for a couple of years seeing them win two Garage Awards for Best Radio Station...... So from there it was off to Leeds where he hooked up with Marvin Swiftfingers G and started playing on Peoples Fm Playing with people Like MC JUBILEE and METZ.....It was on this show where Mr Solo and DJ Blenda first met..
Mr Solo has been producing House & Bass Music for 7yrs but in 2011 has worked with the likes of DJ Whitecoat, Razzlerman, Undisputed Records and more. This year he signed to the “WE R BASS” Label and is working with Marcus Nasty and Funkysteps.
