Travis Higgins aka "MNG" is a 24 year old DJ/Producer from Edmonton, Alberta. He entered the world of music production at the age of 14, creating hip hop instrumentals on Fruity Loops 3. He soon grew a great appreciation for many different genres of music and explored, experimented, and studied them with passion. After continuously searching for the right "sound" for him, Travis stumbled apon a fairly new genre at the time called dubstep in late 2006. He instantly fell in love with the deep bass wobbles and intricate synth melodies.

After exploring the world of electronic music production, he started attending DJ shows and wanted nothing more to be the one behind those decks that was making all these people move. His close friend Spencer (Spenny B) had just purchased a mixer and 2 cdj 1000s at the time and was teaching himself the basics of Djing. Spencer had eventually become quite skillful on the decks and showed Travis the ropes and the basics of beat matching and counting.

Now with his own skills and style on the wheels of steel, and 4 years of DJing under his belt, MNG has shared the stage with acts such as Rusko, Plastician, Fake Blood, Skism, Knight Riderz, Funk Hunters, Sigma, Run DMT and many more. With a weekly Saturday residency at The Temple for Step'D Up and a Wednesday residency at The Brixx for Eat's & Beats, MNG shows no signs of stopping, and continuously evolving as a DJ and a producer.
Now playing and producing genres ranging from hip-hop, DnB, Midtempo, Funk, Dubstep, Breaks, Glitch Hop, and Electro.
