Vanessa Aka Miss Chrysalide Is a young French talent out of Paris
Who has been on the electronic scene in Paris for some years now …
Having an eclectic ear, her sets can go from House, Disco to up to date sounds like Electro and Minimal techno.

Vanessa has played in most of the Parisian Bars and clubs like Mezzanine de l’Alcazar, Fabrique, Café du tresor, Rex, Pulp, Les bains , Studio 287 just to name a few …
And regularly takes part at the famous gay party “Eyes need sugar”

She has been invited to play in Italy numerous times at the Velvet Zone - Napoli,
Fake - Rome as well as in Belgium at the Café d’Envers – Antwerp and Decadance - Ghent and most recently China at La Maison - Shanghai.

In 2003 she put together The “TASTE IT” party night at La Scène (Club in Paris) and dedicated this party to the sounds of Chicago, New York and Detroit and played along side to name a few Paul Johnson, Dj Pierre, DJ Gregory, Jon cutler, Next evidence, Maud (scratch massive) and Chloé

The year after that she was known as part of the “Electric Kids”
And released her first 12 inch, titled “Live to Dance” on the French label Missive.
Since she has continued to create new sounds and has already released her second Ep
“Blue eyes” on Qalomota Records.
The track was play listed by Laurent garnier, Dj Deep, Rork, Alex kid etc ….

2008 will be another step forward, as she will be launching her label
“Need Light Records”…
