Miss K a.k.a. Karin Bossman was introduced to the music at a very young age. To satisfy her need to be a part of music she soon started playing piano and guitar. Since she was little she always collected cd’s of various artists and dreamed to become a DJ. The dream and reality met when in 2010 she attended a class of dj-ing in Ljubljana. One day before the start of the classes she almost wrote an e-mail with an excuse not to come. Now, one year and a half later she cannot picture herself anywhere else if not around music. Attending the classes proved to be one of the most significant decisions of her life so far, since in the near future she wants to pursue a career as a DJ and music producer. When we come to Miss K there is nothing you can underestimate, because since plugging her headphones in the mixer she already performed in K4, Metelkova (Menza pri koritu , Monokel, Tiffany), Cafe Open, Tivoli – Portorož Sensation, Tivoli, The Club Belvedere, Mink in Tolmin, General Longue (Croatia), Medika (Zagreb), Alaya and others. She is also the member of one of the most known female dj crews in Slovenia – Female’s’cream. The message that we try to promote is simple, but fundamental for us that is respect for human rights. We believe when you have the chance to be heard for a good cause, you should always raise your voice.
In 2010 she also started to collaborate with Positive Pulse.
While performing, Miss K brings a special vibe to the dance floor and you can feel her energy and passion when she performs. And as she likes to say it: “Discovering your own passion is the best gift that life can give you.”
