Mike Wind (real name: Tomasz Laskowski) is a DJ & producer, born in 1989 in Lomza city, Poland.
Since his earliest days, he's always been fascinated with electronic dance music. His adventure with music started in 2003. Since that time he passed through many projects, collaborating with polish and foreign artists. The result of this hard work was presence of his tracks at many compilations in all Europe, also his first released vinyl at Austrian record company.

Under 'Staircase' alias at the end of 2006 he released track 'Mike Wind pres. Staircase - Oxygen Essential' in JPlanet Entertainment label, which become official anthem of Oxygen Agency.
The production was appreciated by Armin Van Buuren, who played it twice in his famous 'A State Of Trance' radioshow and by the listeners as a 'Future Favourite' (ASOT 298). Track was also played by Markus Schulz in his 'Global DJ Broadcast'. To sum up Oxygen Essential was played by: Armin van Buuren, Markus Schulz, Sean Tyas, 4 Strings, Ron van den Beuken, Marcus Schössow, Aly & Fila, Dave 202, Orjan Nilsen and by many more foreign and polish artists.

In April 2007 Mike performed at 'Revolution 2007' event in Poznan (Poland) which was organized by MTD Agency (organizers of the famous 'Sunrise Festival'), where he had opportunity to support such DJs like Johan Gielen, Richard Durand, Simon Patterson. In June 2007 he become official member of MSM Events Agency. He performed at 'MSM Summer Events 2007' which was a tournee through many seaside towns in Poland. At the end of November 2007 Tomek played at third edition of 'ATB In Concert'. He also opened the biggest New Year's Eve party in Poland 'I Love New Year 2007/2008' at Wroclaw`s Stulecia Hall, where also played with such artists like Marco V, Kyau & Albert, Sean Tyas, Ronski Speed and others.

On 12th of may 2008 was released his new vinyl called 'Sunday After Monday' with David Newsum Remix in English famous record company RecoverWorld, which received worldwide support among such artists as Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond, Aly & Fila, John Askew, Mark Pledger, Simon Patterson, Sean Tyas, Jon O'Bir, Agnelli & Nelson, Tom Colontonio, Tillmann Uhrmacher and many more!

In July 2008 Mike was invited for a performance in Germany (Trancecube @ Greifswald) and Czech Republic (E-Motion @ Brno). In June 2009 Tomek first time ever played in Russia, and again in Germany, getting also invitation to play at Sky Club (Malta).

Tomek was also a co-organizer of the festival 'Colors of Sounds 2008' at Nowogrod, where he invited to his native lands such artists like Simon Patterson, Manuel Le Saux, Marcus Schossow, Digital Nature, San, Orjan Nielsen, Chus liberata etc..

In March 2009 he found his own label Emphase Recordings (www.emphase-recordings.com) which in a short time achieved great success - support from most popular DJs of the world like: Armin van Buuren, Tiësto, Paul van Dyk, Ferry Corsten, Markus Schulz, Aly & Fila, Marco V, Airbase etc. - music from Emphase is already licensed for the compilations from Armada Music and Ministry of Sound! ;)
