Mike Sheridan is one of the youngest established composers, producers and DJ's in Denmark. Born in Copenhagen in 1991.

Sheridan represents a new breed of artist – he combines a natural flair for programming complex electronic gear with innate musicality and both the desire and talent to make his own way in an industry undergoing constant change.

Mike was was signed by an indie techno label while still only 14 and at 15 he had already appeared on multiple compilations, showcased his music on national TV (DR, MTV, VOICE), played over 70 gigs at clubs that required him to be accompanied by a parent and even made his first 12" EP, ”Alt&Intet”.

His debut album ("I Syv Sind" which means "In Two Minds") came out on Playground Music in 2008. The album was universally acclaimed by critics and extremely well received by fans. The track "Med Små Skridt" (Small steps) went to 1 on iTunes Denmark for several months, received a great deal of radio play and Mike got nominated for 5 awards (Including "P3 Prisen" at P3 Guld) , winning a Danish grammy for “Best Electronic Album” for 2008.

In 2009 Mike played numerous club gigs and most of the summer festivals in Denmark (including Roskilde and Skanderborg) while collaborating on new tracks with a number of other local young artists (Nicolai Rasted, Mads Langer). He has also signed with Agent Audio (Amsterdam) to represent and promote him as a DJ internationally. This has led to DJ engagements at several festivals in Holland (Welcome to the Future, MysteryLand and Sensation).

The first week of 2010 went by fast, composing the score for swedish indie movie "Fuerteventura" (Official selection: San Francisco and Stockholm film festivals) - The score is up for listening here at soundcloud. (maybe a conceptual EP with the score as theme will show up some time....?)
"Too Close" written by Mads Langer and Mike gets released in 2009, but was followed up in 2010 with the remixes made by english duo "The Chain" and Glasgow's Sei A. The 3 remixes was licensed to the legendary R&S label - The first international release! Also in 2010 a massive task of composing for danish magician Rune Klan was executed - 5 compositions with intense timing and a 50+ gig tour around their native country. The show continues in 2011, getting only bigger and more crazy...
As a listener, you could imagine a leap towards theater, BUT there is a new album on the way. A realistic date would be sometime in march 2012. So theater is on hold for now.
