    MIDNIGHT CONSPIRACY

    It's hard to keep up with the flurry of parties and releases coming from Chicago newcomers Midnight Conspiracy these past few months. Their first release, a synth-happy italo-banger version of Chromeo's "Night by Night", reached the #2 spot on Hype Machine's most popular charts and their second, turning Esser’s sleek pop anthem "Headlock" into a dreamy dubstep track, was featured on BBC Radio 1 on the Kissy Sell Out show. Following up performances at SXSW in Austin and WMC in Miami, as well as gigs across the Midwest, Midnight Conspiracy are back with their third offering -- an official Crystal Castles remix in support of the band's upcoming HARD Summer tour and new album slated for release in June. Adding what's becoming Midnight Conspiracy’s distinctive synth sound, they turn the indie-electro classic “Crimewave” into an italo-disco journey through space and time.
