Ma HaiPing (MHP) is a producer from mainland China. He was born in Shanghai in 1981. The uniqueness of the music senery and sci-fi image brought him the call of "Son of Shanghai techno".His music was deeply influenced by Detroit techno and early Berlin underground scene. In the past 12 years experiences as a music producer, his music style covered techno, house, industrial, experimental atmospheres, original soundtrack, etc. In terms of both style and technology, he is the miniature of the development of China's electronic music.V/O/I/D Label, which he is involved in, is the most pure techno crew in China, he has also performed with Juan Atkins, Robert hood, Oscar Mulero, Scan 7 on the same stage.

马海平是来自中国大陆的电子音乐人，1981年出生于上海。他的音乐呈现出独树一帜的画面感和科幻意象被 称为“上海techno之子”。他的音乐深受Detriot techno，early Berlin underground scene 的影响。在过去十二年的音乐制作人经历中，他的音乐风格含盖了Techno、house、工业、实验电子，配乐等领域。从风格到技术，都是中国电子音乐发展的一个缩影。他参与的V/O/I/D Label是中国大陆最纯粹的techno团队，他也曾经与Juan Atkins、Robert hood、Oscar Mulero、Scan 7同台表演。
