METIQULAS: You'll find me couped up in my messy-never-dirty studio making all sorts of noise on my trumpet, raggedy drum kit, frankensteined bass, Casio keyboard and op-shop record stack - chopping it all up on my old SU-700 drum machine (who said that dinosaurs were extinct?) I like blending warm analogue with cold digital and I still can't find the quantize button. Same goes for my influences. Musically it ranges from Duke Ellington to Nottz. Lately I've been collaborating with my good friend N'fa Jones on a bunch of stuff. I love when an artist can take your music to a whole other place. I split my time between painting canvasses, making music and reading to my baby boy.
