Really like it a lot, Pete! Just came across you and your music today via Twitter by random. And I'm glad I found you! Like your music a lot! :-) Thanks a lot for sharing this song here!! :-)
@Dr_Ernst: yeah, cool intro! but those are saxes not trumpets -- at least in the very first bars ... later its trumpets, yes. ;-)
hi Rob,
cool track! like it a lot! :)
cheers,
Stefan.
were the strings played live and by real string players? sounds like ...
and how many strings are there? there's no cello but it *sounds* like 2 or 3 violins. but because they play always unisono I suspect it was originally only one recorded violin and the "string ensemble" sound was made with Logic, Cubase, Nuendo, ProTools, ... right? ;-)
@DJ TheExStrand: yup, 115bpm works fine for me. but as DJ TheExStrand said: all but one track ("Full Riddim") start 1/8 "later". the "Full Riddim" track is somehow the "Drums" track 1/8th shifted to the left. cool effect btw. ;-)
@Blackwax: after importing them Logic says the aiff files are all stereo...
Do you like this decelerando?
I played that synth solo on my Roland V-Synth "live".
Now comes my favourite part ... :-)
Robert goes wild! ;-)
