About

James Orez started creating music in 2005 using Reason 3 and this started as a fun experiment. From this initial tinkering with soft synthesisers, samplers and drum machines a real appreciation for the ins and outs of music started to form. From 2006 - 2009 James Orez attended a University Degree Course in Music Technology. A real enjoyment from working in a recording studio grew during these three years and a better understanding of synthesis was formed.
In 2009 "Message To The Machine" was formed and independent releases, such as; Endlessly Copying Ourselves, Return To Source and finally the Effigy EP emerged.
A lot was learned during these years and the sound of MTTM was refined.
In 2013 MTTM joined CRL Studios.

Open to collaborations.Remixes.Mixing.or even Mastering.

James Orez uses; NI Maschine,
Evolver Desktop, various software plugins,Logic 9
and any other useful sounds surrounding us all.
