Jeroen Willems is a 20 year old techno-loving DJ from Eindhoven. Since there isn't really an active techno-scene in Eindhoven he often goes to clubs in Amsterdam and Rotterdam such as Trouw, Studio 80 and Perron. This clubbing, which happens a few times per month, includes parties such as Awakenings, Planet Rose, CLR and especially his favorite night in Trouw Amsterdam: Imprint, hosted by Sandrien. These parties and the podcasts created by his favorite DJs (such as the Berghain residents, Peter van Hoesen, the Zenker Brothers, Sandrien and so on..) give him tons of inspiration and motivation to create his mixes.
Jeroen likes to start off slowly with techno with ambient influences, gradually increasing the BPM and intensity of the tracks, dropping floorfillers and varying through a combination of rawer, deeper and sometimes euphoric tracks that will force the audience to dance all night long. In his opinion every track he plays should contain soul; a deeper message in the track that reaches the audience and takes them in along the ride.
