Melyss has been throwing down in the Bay Area since 2000.With an inner soul sista at the wheel you can count on her sets to be infused with the best in nu funk, soul and disco.
Over the past 10 years she’s shared the stage with the likes of Meat Katie, Rogue Element, Stanton Warriors, Rennie Pilgrem, Adam Freeland, Dylan Rhymes, Hyper, Ali B, Tal M. Klein, Lee Coombs, Plaza de Funk, Plump DJs and more. She is currently a resident with San Francisco's infamous Opel Productions (SF) and most recently Homebreakin Records.
Melyss is currently refining her production and remixing skills and most recently been working on projects with her husband and partner in crime Big Fat Frog. Stay tuned for what's coming next out of our SF based Cole Valley laboratory.
