Positive Generation is a Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) music project based on the extraordinary songs about the challenges of living with HIV/AIDS that are sung by Zimbabwean support groups and choirs, fused with the talent of artists such as Alejandro Sanz, Antonio Carmona, Javier Limón, Estrella Morente, Juan Luis Guerra, Carminho, Andrés Calamaro, Oliver ‘Tuku’ Mtukudzi and others.
