  i'd try pushing the swing on this as well. the main drum parts are rock solid and straight on so you have a lot of room to play with the other rhythmmatic parts as well as the lead parts.

  if you pull the kalimba line out, maybe try bringing it hack in here. like a 32nd back and max a filter and fade the volumn up and the filter down as it comes in till here.....

pretty good track i do think the first half is a bit static though. could use a bit more movement to keep it chuggin along and keep the listener really glued to the speaker. I also agree with Romart regarding the bassline. Mayeb turn it up a bit and overdrive it, almost crunchy but not quite or break it up in the different sections of the song. i'm struggling with doing the same thing to my basslines right now as well. i tend to write very static basslines in that they are the same thru the entire track. i also would like to hear a strong snare. more of a "ccccrrrrack" to it. hope some of that helps!

if you pull the kalimba line out, maybe try bringing it hack in here. like a 32nd back and max a filter and fade the volumn up and the filter down as it comes in till here.....

i'd try pushing the swing on this as well. the main drum parts are rock solid and straight on so you have a lot of room to play with the other rhythmmatic parts as well as the lead parts.

Maybe the bassline could be more prominent though? Or maybe a tougher bass altogether... I find it a little quiet when it could really be driving the whole track.
