I’ve been producing music since the late 80’s when I bought a cheap Yamaha Synth and learned how to connect it to an Atari ST using MIDI and Cubase!
I went on to buy a cheap sampler, and started ripping samples from my vinyl collection, including stealing cuts from Ozzy Osbourne, Metallica, Public Enemy, Run DMC and NWA LP’s
As you can tell from my record collection, my passion was mixing heavy rock over hip hop, and to this day I love that heavy live drum sound sampled and then applied with multiple effects (as used by The Prodigy, The Crystal Method, Orbital, DJ Z-Trip, The Chemical Brothers etc.). Hence the love for breaks, rock and hip hop!
I’m also into producing my own electronic music, including indie dance, electro, house and break beat added with a dash of my own old skool hip hop and rock influences.
I still have an ear for samples, and find whenever I listen to a track I will be listening out for a section of the track that can be looped.
Since then I devote as much of my spare time to producing new music, mixes, mash-ups, DJ’ing, remixing, searching for new music and samples, and attending as many live gigs as possible, while spending time with my kids! I even found time to learn to play the guitar, DJ and perform live (keyboards and vocals) as part of a local band.
I’ve remixed artists such as Jay-Z, Run DMC, House of Pain, Public Enemy, Norman Cook, Cookie Crew, Josh Wink, MC-Duke, 2-Pac, Orbital, FSOL, Inner City, Basement Jaxx and the list goes on.
I currently use Ableton Live 8, Reason 5, and Roland Edirol PCR-500 for writing new music, remixing, and producing mash-ups etc.
I’m using Hercules decks (of the digital DJíng variety as it gives me so much more dimension to remixing live, as well as the ability to carry 60,000 tracks with me), and Tracktor, Virtual DJ Pro 7 as the DJ’ing software for producing live remixes, mash-ups and playing live.
These are the people that I respect and have inspired me over the years to keep making music (as well as providing great sampling opportunities).
Big shouts go out to all my influences, including

Over the past couple of years I've been putting together my own mix tapes, compilations, and DJ mixes as well as writing my own compositions. My aim is to share this music, so please feel free to download and share my DJ mixes, compilations, mix tapes, mash ups, and original compositions.
My only proviso is that I urge you to share and pass on the music to as many people as possible, and leave your valued comments about the track you have downloaded, as I really appreciate all your feedback.
