About Docsta-I started out writing poetry instead of song lyrics. My poems were always very deep and personal and full of substance. Very hard for me to write just to entertain. The music entertains the listener and draws their attention but the actual words/message is always responsible and conscious but simple. I have always had a passion for DnB and the raga style. I adapted some of these same gritty rough attitudes to my hip hop projects. This produces a hardcore style full of anthems and melodies in places of the music that is different from and unique to traditional hip hop MC’s. Also, I wear my heart on my sleeve so every song is simply a monologue or poem of my personal feelings.
