This is the first mix of a 48-hour improvised album recording we're calling Hopscotch Requiem. We set aside two days, with musicians who hadn't ever worked together, to create an album concept, and record it. This is the result. Improvised, with some retakes, across two sessions. In first session we recorded the poems and music, and in the second session we recorded, in one take, the accompanying Requiem.
