Mweibel (DARKER THAN WAX, SG)
Brought up on a soulful diet, DJ / selector Marco Weibel (Mweibel), explores everything deep, funky, soulful and black. One of the brightest selectors to have emerged out of the scene recently, his musical palette spans from Jazz / Hiphop / Soul / Boogie / House and beyond. This young cat has shared dance-floors with established DJ's / Musicians such as Opolopo, Krystal Klear and Andreas Saag, so be sure to expect a wide variety of frequencies to boogie to when he's on the decks.

Mweibel is also part of music label Darker Than Wax, which has been constantly pushing the boundaries of underground music in Singapore with their stellar catalogue of releases. The DTW crew is well known for throwing some of the finest parties around, confidently stamping their soul loving sound pretty much everywhere with nights that defy categorization, such as 3rd Party, Assembly, Brown Bag, DMZ and most recently, Beats N Beyond.
