Luma es un proyecto musical originario del Distrito Federal. Conformado por Miguel Ángel y Luis Freeze y consolidado en 2010, inicia con el objetivo de explorar atmósferas y texturas sonoras. Luma ha continuado fusionando diversas posibilidades hasta alcanzar un estilo característico afine a géneros como ambient, IDM, glitch y dub. Con un carácter orgánico muy distintivo, se han presentado en festivales pertenecientes a su escena (Kupuri Festival, Ometeotl Festival) con muy buena respuesta del público. Su primer EP formal (DeR dRiTtE RaUm) está recién salido del horno, y citan entre sus influencias musicales a Bonobo, Pitch Black, Murcof, Hala Ken Orchestra, Ojos de Brujo, Ott, Carbon Based Life Forms, Shpongle, Kritical Audio, Printempo, Sync 24 y muchos más. Atraídos también por el trabajo de pioneros como AntiVJ, Chris Cunningham, David Lynch, Matthew Barney y Hugo Vieira da Silva siguen produciendo música perfecta para cualquiera que busque armonías ambientales llenas de sintetizadores psicodélicos, remitentes a la mística propia de la naturaleza.
