About
Jasper is an out and out synth nerd who operates the machines in Million Way. Spending hours crafting bespoke instruments on the Nord Modular, Jasper has a visionary interpretation of what it is to tweak and mutate sounds.
His process comes from a combination of influences: a classical training, playing in vastly different bands over the years (Heritage Orchestra, Fullfat, Burly Chassis, The Ratfinks, Shux, Chemba), and from producing and performing his own music (alongside peeps like Clark, Vibert and DMX Krew) for the past 10 years.
His new E.P on Jettset has come about through his proactive obsessing with musical ideas and sounds that couldn't possibly all fit within the MW remit... expect plenty of glory, some heavy dosages of funk, topped off with a smattering of dancefloor dirt ; )
