A Salamanca do Jarau, baseia-se na lenda homônima de Simões Lopes Neto.-------------------"Salamanca do Jarau" is a popular tale of South Brazil, written down by Simões Lopes Neto. It tells the story of a Moorish princess who suffered a curse from Anhangá Pitã (the devil). She was turned into a lizard that regains its human form at night, wandering the land to lead men to damnation. Illustration: Nelson Boeira Faedrich.Music by Luiza Estrella.
