LowerState is a monthly series of gigs in Galway Ireland designed to promote live electronic music and refined live acts. It is run by two aliens who are currently disguised as Irish ravers. All acts booked play live sets with laptops, hardware synths, midi instruments and effects boxes giving LowerState an edge not experienced with mere DJ sets.
