Lowered Recordings is an Independent Music Label focused on EDM. The label is based in London, United Kingdom and run by Music Industry professional and producer Jules Spinner.

Lowered are equally at home putting out underground music as they are crossing them over to the mainstream. We make no bones about what sometimes ends up as highly commercial may have once started life as something very cool. Here some of our past and future masters.

Jules Spinner started his music career DJ'ing over 20 years ago, moving onto promoting at Nicky Holloways infamous Velvet Underground and Mars (formerly Milk Bar) Clubs. Since then Jules moved into the business side of recorded music working first at BMG and then at Ministry Of Sound, UK.

In 2002 Jules left the Ministry of Sound where he had worked in A&R and Marketing to start Lowered Recordings. In 2003 Jules produced "Husan" by Bhangra Knights, put it out on Lowered, signed it on to Positiva and following the Top Ten success has not looked back.
