Lost Angel is founding member of underground hip hop/concept group, Havik, & Founder/Owner of Flight From Nowhere Records. After the release of of his sixth promotional mixtape, "Brotha Lay" On New Year's Eve 2010, Lost Angel or L.A. as he is known to peers, began 2011 fresh, creating Flight From Nowhere Records with the help & support of fellow Havik member, Secrets, as well as close friends Longway & Joshua Smyth. In between the months of May thru August , Lost Angel & Longway promoted thier album , "The Lion's Den" heavily before its release in late August with four music videos. Concurrent with work on "The Lion's Den" with Longway, Lost Angel & Joshua Smyth also worked on & completed their first collaborative effort, "NovaLeague Chronicles" Vol. 01. It's October 31st release began a brand new series of hip hop mixtapes hosted exclusively by Flight From Nowhere Records. Focused now more than ever before on breaking into the industry, Lost Angel zones in on his first serious album, entitled "Dorian Gray", conceptually adapting the Oscar Wilde novel "The Portrait of Dorian Gray" in which a young man inadvertently binds his soul to his portrait, thus achieving a euphoric sense of immortality all the while viewing the now aging portrait as the reflection of his own corrupt soul. In "Dorian Gray", much like the titular character from which the concept is derived, Lost Angel removes the veil from his own portrait, displaying both the positive & negatives of his life & personality for the world to see on one powerful & emotional platform. The first single, 'Dorian Gray" is soon to be released this December on Itunes, CDBaby, Bandcamp, Amazon, Napster for digital download, in sequence with the official music video, coming soon from Lexr Films.
