London-based record label, originally formed by Tom Lea and Phonica Records in 2010, now run by Tom Lea independently.

Local Action has released music by T. Williams, DJ Q, Throwing Snow, Damu, Artifact and more, and commissioned remixes by Mosca, Paul Woolford, Rolando, DJ Rashad & DJ Earl and more. The label has also helmed live and radio showcases for Fabric, Mixmag and Rinse FM.
