‘You Can’t Have Christmas, It’s Mine’

Christmas track by Laurence Made Me Cry – help an independent artist and the NSPCC too!

As a Christmas baby myself I thought it was about time people who were lucky (or unlucky) enough to be born on the 25th of December had a song just for them.

'You Can't Have Christmas, It's Mine' is a fun and slightly daft Christmas pop song about the plight of the Christmas baby and how friends usually forget.

For 79p the track is available to download over at Bandcamp, 10p of each sale will be going to the NSPCC - help put an end to cruelty to children this Christmas.

The song will be making its way onto itunes, amazon, spotify and other online outlets in due course.

Please spread the word and raise awareness for a good cause.

Have a fantastic Christmas and best wishes for the new year!

Best wishes,

Jo a.k.a Laurence Made Me Cry

About Laurence Made Me Cry: The artist behind Laurence Made Me Cry is multi-instrumentalist Jo Whitby, a West Country girl at heart but now making roots in the Welsh capital Cardiff. There’s an odd familiarity about the music of Laurence Made Me Cry. Her songs bring with them a sense of timelessness and warmth like meeting up with an old friend. Whitby’s use of folk and rock roots combined with electronic instruments and organic sounds spawn a myriad of landscapes and pictures for the listeners’ imagination to delve into.
