One thing I would suggest is possibly once a month doing the round table news thing again but less as news but more as a roundtable with maybe a guests once in a while. I know this might sound like you are stepping on shows like This Week in Tech, but I found your old discussions although often let go to long, often brought up information or new topics. These you covered like few in the podcasting world now from your personal experiences.

I understand how the original incarnation of the video podcast probably ate up allot of time and sometimes took traffic from your site, and then the reinvention, what I was talking about above, was running too long and especially with video was too much work. Still when you changed to the current format you had to leave allot of topics short or not covered at all. It is these along with what ever other topics they derive I think you could turn into a supplemental show once a month.

Just a suggestion and I hope one you will consider.

don't know what it is but your podcast quits at about 4:34 when going through Google Reader and your RSS Feed. I don't know if it is a SoundCloud or Google thing but it sure is annoying.

Actually GMail does do IMAP and I have all of my accounts using it and I use Opera to manage them. I only go to GMail when I have to. You can also route all of your GMail Accounts to one of them and just manage it and if I remember correctly you can use rules to separate them into folders.
