About

Sander Bastiaans, was born in 1993 in the Netherlands.

Lhunima is a substyle of Sander and he uses it to make old fashioned Progressive Trance.

He loves all kind of music, Trance Music in particular.

Although he likes most subgenres of Trance, Progressive Trance is his favorite.
He fell in love with the genre after he heard the track called ''First Time'' from Markus Schulz in 2009.

From that moment, his interest in the genre grew and a few years later, he wanted to make Progressive Trance himself.

So in March 2012, he started making Progressive Trance.
He got a good idea about the essence of the genre by listening to lots of city compilations of Markus Schulz and his artist albums.

Have listened to alot of tracks, he is convinced that this genre is the most developed of all EDM genres.
He is convinced that the best years for Progressive Trance were 2005, 2006, 2008 and 2009, before Progressive went commercial from underground.

In July 2013, He had a personal breakthrough, because he finally founded his own style within trance and he now uses several trance sub genres as a inspiration rather then making music in a already known style.

He also has several role models like : Markus
Schulz, Above & Beyond, Mike Foyle, Arnej, M6, Tiesto , Armin Van Buuren and Lemon8.

Sander's favorite label is and always will be Coldharbour and his ultimate goal would be getting a place in Coldharbour and meeting Markus Schulz.
