Red Bull Music Academy Alumni Leyo became a professional DJ in 2004 with his first gig in Jimmy Woo thanks to Leroy Rey. Carrying the heavy influences of both Eclectic Amsterdam & House sounds from Paris to Detroit around in his pocket, Leyo as a DJ brings his funkyness to the table in true Amsterdam Style, ranging from House to HipHop, Disco to Broken Beats & Funk to slow burning Techno.
On the producer side it’s all about House.
Leyo started producing in 2006 striving to create deep & quality House sounds inspired by the likes of Osunlade, Sonar Kollektiv, Quentin Harris & Spinna to name a few. 2008 sees the release of “Soulstice” & “In the Mood” on djDeep’s world renowned label Deeply Rooted House.
Leyo is mostly known as an Eclectic DJ but with his deep house sets & first release coming up, Leyo is slowly but surely building a name for himself as a House Producer & DJ.
