About
Lexx R born in Winterthur, lives at Zürich (Switzerland) - please note: there is another DJ from Zürich called Lexx (Kawabata).
Lexx started djing 1983. Besides his work in different smaller clubs he toured with a mobile discotheque called "Silverspoon", "Travelling Sounds" and the longest time with "Disco Hurricane" trough Switzerland. These times his DJ name was just "DJ Sandro". IN the middle 90s he change to his "online-name" Lexx - Sandro -&rt; Alexander -&rt; Alex -&rt; Lex -&rt; Lexx ;)
Lexx allways loved funky dance tracks - in the 80s the early funky tunes and later all sorts of house music. Of course he palyed many other styles these days like disco, italo disco, acid, garage, techno, pop, reagga, and soul.
The late 90s Lexx stopped doing live dj sets and concentrated on his marketing career. Since 2006 he is back. Today he uses more and more digital equipement beside his analog setup - to use the word - DIGILOG. This workflow brings new possibilities and ways to work - even many DJs laugh about the "laptop" kids - but be honest - it's really stunning, what you are able to do with it!
Since end of 2006 Lexx is exploring the virtual world of Secondlife, where he founded a new house music community. Secondlife (SL) makes it possible for a dj to play LIVE in front of an international crowd and get direct feedback what they think, feel and love. It's the first time you can use the internet to share your love to music LIVE with direct feedback (even radio cant give you that). Lexx is now doing a 3 hours set each week at the virtual club of Scoutlounge, broadcasted to online radio and tv b y DBC as well. These podcasts are all live recorded sets with no post production - it's more a radio show then a club set of course - just listen and join us at http://www.scoutlounge.net. If you are curious about it just contact me! We have allways an open door for new DJs able to do an online-live set with direct guest feedback!

Both available from Toolroom Records
@Weena: the song before your comment was: "Live without you" (Original Club Mix) - Sunhatch & Masters - the following (one of my favs actually) is "Howcan I" Darran Nugent & Pavel Lenchenkov
Just great!
jackin nice beat change.. I like!
This set is meant to start at sunset.. smooth and easy.. and should lead you to the rhythms of the night, the warm and sexy moves, the more driving beats... enjoy.
Thank you guys!

Really very good for 2 month experience only! I like (most) of the tunes you used.. some of my favs are in this set. A good dancer and a good dj has something in common.. BOTH NEED a good EAR and beat feeling. Go on.. and give us more ;)
