Lewis Carter est né le 22 décembre 1984, originaire de Narbonne, France. Aujourd’hui, il réside à Liège (La Cité Ardente), Belgique.

A l’âge de 13 ans, le « petit Lewis » prend connaissance de deux vieilles platines à courroie appartenant à son cousin, malgré le peu de connaissance, une lumière UV déclencha la destinée de Lewis Carter ! Voici son histoire …

Dés son plus jeune âge, l’ascension de cet artiste n’a pas été des plus facile ! De 13 à 16 ans on peut résumer sa carrière de Dj de « non non non », ses parents avaient des aprioris sur cette profession (ça fait du bruit, c’est un hobby et pas un métier, époque des Diji et non Dj, …) mais vers l’âge de 18 ans, la patience et la persévérance ont été bénéfiques pour cet artiste, il récolta son premier « oui » ! (snif)
A 20 ans, à la guerre comme à la guerre il débute avec deux platines technics SL 1200, une table citronic (ouch), une chaine hifi et sa saxo (vroum vroum). Malgré le peu de matériel, son talent musical est bien plus riche et fait la différence ! Bercer par de grands pionniers - (Dave Clarke, DJ Rush, Green Velvet, Vitalic, The Hacker, Dj Godfather, Fatboy Slim, Chemical Brothers, kraftwerk, Depeche Mode, Nitzer Ebb, Front 242, Jean Michel jarre …) - cet artiste cherche toujours à découvrir les différents univers musicaux et à sélectionner les émotions les plus fortes que peut procurer la musique électronique !
Après 6 mois de mix avec son pote Séba, tout s’enchaine ! Ils forment le groupe « Pocco Locco » qui vivra un succès durant 1 an ! A 22 ans, fini l’époque du « petit Lewis » il continue en solo sous le nom de « LEWIS CARTER » en Break beat électro aux styles de Krafty Kuts, Ed Solo, Fatboy Slim, Chemicals Brothers, Audio Bullys, Striders, Aquasky, …
A 23 ans, il intègre le crew « Bluster » composé de Djs’ comme Mik-Mac, Locan, Ste-jay et Amerik !
Plus tard, il gagne le concours de production officiel « Alfa Mito Mix » !!! Il sortira également un Ep personnel sur le label Harkee Records (Spain) dont une des tracks a été choisie pour un album sur le Label Symphonic Digital Record (Uk) ! Et oui « on mixe de la soupe et un jour on mixe un tube » !
A 24 ans, il se désintéresse du Break beat pour son style actuel « Fidget House » très ryhtmé, très technique (pass pass / cut / scratching / …) et très personnel !
A 26 ans,il devient organisateur du mouvement Wasted Skins Party avec Renaud,Mik-mac,Mike,Justin....
Sa vie est une ouverture d’esprit forte grâce à une culture musicale qui ne cesse de rebondir constamment, liée à des émotions qui forment un artiste de talent : « LEWIS CARTER »

At the 13 years age, “small Lewis” takes note of two old turntables with belt belonging to her cousin, in spite of the little of knowledge, a light UV started the destiny of Lewis Carter! Here its history…
Dice its more young age, the rise of this artist was not easier! From 13 to 16 years one can summarize his career of Dj of “not not”, his parents had aprioris on this profession (that made of the noise, it is an hobby and not a trade, time of Diji and not Dj,…) but towards the 18 years age, patience and perseverance were beneficial for this artist, it collected his first “yes”! (boo hoo)
At 20 years, with the war as with the war it begins with two platinums technics SL 1200, a table citronic (ouch), a chain hifi and its sax (vroum vroum). In spite of the little of hardware, its musical talent is much richer and makes the difference! To rock by large pioneers - (Dave Clarke, DJ Rush, Velvet Green, Vitalic, The Hacker, Dj Godfather, Fatboy Slim, Chemical Brothers, kraftwerk, Depeche Mode, Nitzer Ebb, Front 242, Jean-Michel jarre…) this artist always seeks to discover the various musical universes and to select the strongest emotions which the electronic music can get!

After 6 months of mix with its Séba pal, is very connected! They form the group “Pocco Locco” which will live a success during 1 year! A 22 years, finished the time of “small Lewis” it continues in solo under the name of “LEWIS CARTER”
in the breakbeat electro with the styles of Krafty Kuts, ED Solo, Fatboy Slim, Chemicals Brothers, Audio Bullys, Striders, Aquasky,…
A 23 years, it integrates the crew “Bluster” made up of Djs' like Mik-Mac,locan,amerik,oli touss,zaiko !
Later, it gains the official contest of production “ALFA Mito Mix”!!! It will also leave personal Ep on the label Harkee Records (Spain) of which one of the tracks was selected for an album on the Label Symphonic DIGITAL Record (UK),Ventuno Record (BE), Bluster Record (BE) and yes “one mixes soup and a day one mixes a tube”!
A 24 years, it ignores the happy Station-wagon for its current style “Fidget House” very ryhtmé, very technical (pass pass/cut/scratching/…) and very personal!
At 26 years, he becomes organizer of the movement Wasted Skins Party with Renaud, Mik-mac, Mike, Justin….
Its life is a strong open-minded thanks to a musical culture which does not cease rebounding constantly, related to emotions which train an artist of talent: “LEWIS CARTER”.
