My music is like a kaleidoscope - With BASS from Fidget,Dubstep,House, and Electro...I Live in La La Land.. it's more designer here... When choosing my name i did what all electronic music artist do best... SAMPLE!!! I am LESSTHANJONNIE!No one will ever be treated less than the way i want to be treated.. (however, LESS THAN JAKE is one of the best SKA bands around) If you know me personally then add me on my facebook.. I live in Las Vegas, NV and have my whole life..Ever since i had my first "file sharing" program on my computer (GO NAPSTER!) i have always had a fascination for underground music. Mainly it started with happycore and from that evolved my LOVE for house (and all sub genre's therein) then breaks (mainly electro) and eventually just like most people i grew an appreciation for all genres. I'm here to network, meet DJ's, Producers, and EDM music "enthusiasts" like myself to keep me occupied with good conversation, good beats and sounds, and the unity we all experience by sharing a spot inour hearts and minds for EDM. Fidget house is the new house genre to break out the scene. Definition fidget house: "It has a 4/4 beat and a cut-up, glitch style which contrasts other dance genres such as progressive house and trance. The way in which it differs from other house music styles is that it usually discards the solo drum beat introduction, thus encouraging a more cut-up rather than blend mixing style amongst DJs. (I use a wide range of mixing styles in my sets to really give it a unique music experience.. Blend mixing with vocal samples and bassline switches is what i love to throw down!) Other common elements of fidget house include rhythmic vocal sample snippets and a prominent bassline which often bends in pitch, rather than progressing by the semitone. The filter cut-off frequency of these bass sounds is often modulated by an LFO to give the patches their "wah-wah" sound. Basslines are also often deliberately downsampled to create aliasing artifacts, which accentuate the movement of the cut-off frequency and give the voice a harsher, rougher texture." It's that new disco / indie cowbell dance music.. and i'm in LOVE!
