I made this piece from 2 sources: By recording the spokes of my bicycle using various materials striking against them and secondly, recordings from professional training sessions. I had hours of recordings. After listening to the sessions and being so impressed by difficulty of this discipline, I wanted to convey the certainly powerful interior and meditative qualities that these sportsmen and women require to overcome this daily challenge!
